How to Ride

Public / College Campuses

Step 1

Locate a scooter by using the map and walk towards it

Scan the QR code or enter the code manually to unlock.

Step 3

Place one foot on the board and use the other foot to push off against the ground to gain acceleration.



Step 4

Use the throttle with your thumb to start the ride and squeeze the brake to slow down.

Step 5

Ride in bike lanes and wear a helmet.

How to Ride

Private properties such as hotels, apartment buildings, etc.

Step 1

Enter fleet code. This code could be obtained from the main reception of your property.

Step 2

All scooters are parked right outside the main entrance. Identify the scooter that you want to use.

Scan the barcode or enter the code manually to unlock.

Step 4

Place one foot on the board and use the other foot to push off against the ground to gain some momentum.



Step 5

Use the throttle with your thumb to start the ride and use the brake to slow down.

Tap the “pause” button to pause. Make sure to use the attached cable lock to secure the scooter to a bike rack.

Return the scooter back to the main entrance. Please note that the ride will only end once the scooter is returned to the main entrance of your building or the agreed location.
